Tom Watson Jr. - President
Mr. Watson has owned and operated this El Centro based electrical contracting business since 1991. He has more than 30 years of experience as an electrician and 18 as a contractor. His specialties and strengths include underground utilities, including AT&T work, engineering/consulting for underground utilities, and residential and commercial electrical wiring of all magnatudes. His experience includes more than 18 years as a project manager supervising all phases of electrical construction projects.
Mr. Watson's responsibilities include being the hands-on owner and operator of this 30-employee electrical contracting business. He runs the day-to-day operations of multiple, simultaneous projects including residential and commercial wiring, AT&T contract, underground utilities, and specialty contracts for government agencies, including HUD and HUBzone projects.
Mr. Watson's responsibilities also extend to all aspects of bidding, project scheduling, project budgets, overall company accounting procedures, risk management and safety implementation.

Ken Sharp - Underground & AT&T Project Manager
Mr. Sharp has more than 30 years of experience in construction including grading and earthwork preparation and construction crew oversight for private and public sector clients in Imperial County. One of his project management strengths is the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and delivering projects within constrained budgets and schedules.
Mr. Sharp has been responsible for project management of underground wet and dry utility work, including trenching, earth moving, road construction, curb, gutter, and sidewalk staking and layout.
Mr. Sharp's current duties for the last 12 years include estimating, purchasing, scheduling, budget management, CADD drawings, consulting, and engineering all dry utility projects. He has been responsible for coordinating joint trenching agreements with AT&T, Time Warner, IID Energy, and The Gas Company for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
Mr. Sharp has competitivley bid and won a major contract with AT&T as the primaty subcontractor for AT&T in the Imperial Valley. His solid reputation for quality work and fast-track projects has kept this company a top competitor for all AT&T subcontract work.

Luis Sotelo - Residential Project Manager
Mr. Sotelo has been with our company since 2005. Prior to working at Tom Watson Inc. he worked as a salesman for an electrical supply distributor for five years. He brought with him a wide range of electrical product knowledge.
Mr. Sotelo's current duties include estimating all apartment and residental jobs, managing all apartment and residential jobs, scheduling and value engineering.
Mr. Sotelo's strengths include being able to manage multiple tasks efficently and delivering projects withhin constrained budgets and schedules.
